Production Schedule & Timeline
Made-to-order pieces follow a carefully planned production process to ensure quality and craftsmanship. Production typically takes 30–45 days, excluding Sundays and holidays. This timeline includes material preparation, handcrafting, finishing, and quality checks.
Once production is complete, your order will be prepared for dispatch and handed over to our courier. Any updates or changes to the production timeline will be communicated to you accordingly.
For rush orders or special timeline requests, please contact us directly before placing your order so we can check availability and accommodate your request whenever possible.
Delivery Schedule

Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. For made-to-order pieces, please allow an additional production time of 30–45 days, excluding Sundays and holidays. Estimated delivery timelines will be shared once your order is confirmed.
Returns and Exchange
Your satisfaction is important to us!
Because our products are handcrafted, we can accept returns or exchanges only for items with manufacturing defects. If you notice any issues, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. The item should be unused and in its original condition.
Exchanges can be made for items of the same price, or you can simply add the difference for items of higher value.
